Sharing with O

Hi Readers! Today I was with O in my back garden as you can see in the no-very-good-quality photo there is O and there is me peeking my head out now please no one tease me because O is in my garden or/and that I am on the chair whilst he is say upon the table! My family recons that we probably share this territory which maybe there're right, I do?! I had a nice meal today it was my dried food mixed in with chicken, my owner had left over chicken from their meal and she had washed it several times (to get the yucky human food taste/smell of) and then shredded it so it could be mixed in and eaten easier so I was very grateful for that!

It's nearly Christmas time...all the humans are very excited and maybe I should be too, I don't know! But here is my Christmas blog post!


I am very proud of my Catvent calender

Ooh Yummy!

My Catvent calendar 2013- I have never had a catvent calendar before but my owners saw it and thought they would treat me I guess -to a treat everyday! The calendar is made by Dreamies which is probably my favourite treat company and I usually get a packet of their treats for Gotcha' day. So I'm really looking forward to opening each window...I will fill you in each day and apparently there is a toy on the big day so that's kinda exciting, thank you Dreamie Cat!
 
Last Christmas: Here are some pictures of me last Christmas...For Christmas 2012 I got: A homemade toy and a packet of moist treats from my owners friend, a packet of seafood party mix from another friend and a homemade mouse toy from my owner.

My Stocking: My owners went out and the younger one got me a stocking as well as blue thing...I think it is a present for me but I'm not sure what...hmmm, what do you thing? My stocking is made out of felt I think and has a cat on it and says 'Purrrfect Christmas' I don't think it was much money but that doesn't matter after all why spend a lot on something I have lasted so long without?

Cards: I know this is a bit irrelevant but my owners went out and found a pack of four cards which had me on! Well it looks like me sitting with some cats from cat scouts or can you spot you! The card is called 'Christmas Chorus.'


My wish list!
I will talk you through my wish list and any stuff I may have missed. (This is in no particular order) 1. Cat nip House plant - I would love this because I do like cat nip well duh! And I have never had a catnip plant before, I have always wanted one so very badly, the older owner says that it would have to be indoor or other cats will come to our garden...
2. My radiator bed, yes I want it back hmph! 
3. A feeding mat - well I guess I don't really need one as much now because I have a tray to put my bowls on but a proper feeding mat would be great and their are some nice ones out there and anyway my owners were going to get me this last Christmas...
4. Cat scout product (s) - I am getting very devoted to cat scouts (I think, I hope) and there are some great products available and neckerchiefs coming soon! But if I don't get some thing at least I will have the membership card! 
5.  Santa Cat treat - My owner and I saw this yogurt and catnip flavoured Santa treat, that sounds del-is!
6. A place to keep all my treats - Well even though I hardly get treats I do have a few packets so a storage place to put it would be nice (maybe a jar labelled 'Treats') my owner has seen these types of things for sale but I don't want it expensive or anything just something that may entice my owners to give me some! 
Other stuff: I want something to keep me warm because I have noticed that my owners are rather harsh on putting the heating on and it is getting extremely cold also as much as I adore treats my owner says that I don't really need any more and also since I'm having my yummy exciting diet (with more fat in it.)

PS. I am only posting this because it 25th of November so a month till Christmas (or 30 days!) but posting this doesn't mean it's Christmas season yet, I still haven't got my owners a present yet nor seen any white cold stuff like on Christmas cards (apart from 'frost' but that doesn't count!) speaking of Christmas cards I've (we've) not got any or the Christmas tree up (I am excited for that because if it is a real one I get to lick the water out from the tub at the bottom!, anyway hope you lot have a lovely Christmas holiday (even though it's not around the corner (something that humans say, I never really get it but heh ho...it's Christmas!)  







Catch up...

I'll number things, why not...?
1) I have ordered of for my free cat scouts membership card and because I live in England I don't expect it to be speedy quick but my owner said I can get it in my stocking as hopefully it will arrive before Christmas! And I am really excited.  
2) The Pre-Christmas post has been written with lots of pictures and I will be posting that later on (not sure when probably when I have a very boring week! MOL)  
3) I've not done much today just slept by the radiator and stayed pretty much in the warmest room (which to my calculations (which are reliable, of course) is the living room -two radiators, carpet, thick curtains, blankets and a fire.)


Just watching TV on the sofa.....I wonder what's on...? :)

4) But I have been out for like five minutes....
5) I am getting extremely bored of my chicken dry food and am not really eating it unless I am very hungry (which I am only for a short while other times when I eat is when I'm bored so my food being boring is a bit of a problem) My owner said that it is like my 'toy'/'hobby' like a kitten has its toys and scraping trees etc. I have my food apparently so I have been given a very exciting, interesting and extremely yummy timetable (no I am not that desperate I would eat the paper, no) I mean what it says on the paper (and that is not the ink...) it says different combinations to have with my dry food such as cat yogurt (I got some salmon flavoured for my Gotcha' day), wet food (nom!), tastier dry food (nom again but not as much) so this whole timetable thing sounds good to me, I just don't have much hope in my owners and whether they are going to stick with it.

I'm a naughty boy!

When my owner came down she wasn't very impressed with the way I had left the state of the kitchen mainly because I had smashed a plate...I don't get what the big deal was 1. it was only small and 2. that's why they should have stainless steel bowls like me! And I had also kicked and licked a yogurt pot around the kitchen trying to get any access yogurt out. So that was last night this morning I emerged to me big bedroom why the younger owner was there, she then used me as a pillow but I didn't mind, it was extra warmth I guess.

Today I had some wet food (which for me is a treat rather than my boring dry food) I got the yummy stuff because I am not eating my dry food as much because I am bored of it. Other than that nothing much has happened really apart from moving around sleeping places.

Cat Scouts

Cat Scouts is a community I have joined for brave cats who want to become scouts like me! I have  got my uniform which I love! And I am trying to earn lots of badges. If you want to see what cat scouts is like click HERE! It is truly great and I think all my cat viewers will love it and their owners to help them take pictures, help and generally be a slave but I think most cats that know me have Cat Scouts!

Defending my Terrotory

Now I must sadly admit that many risk-taking cats trespass my front garden and some I can happily ignore but O I cannot (O is the first letter of his name but for his privacy I will shorten it to 'O' , if you want leave a comment and guess the mancat name starting with O!) anyway O and I, we have been enemies for as long as I can remember maybe because we live annoyingly close! I have mentioned him in a previous blog by the way...so getting back on track O has been getting friendly with my owner and has been hanging around by the door! So there I was looking after my other garden (the next door neighbour's) when I spotted him by my favourite bush! So out I  immerged and, our tails both swishing I was very angry indeed but did I growl, did I hiss, did I bush my ail up? No. O did he hissed then ran away I'm sorry it wasn't very dramatic, no fight or anything...but we're both too old for that he knew perfectly well in any fight I would win.     

 

I miss my radiator bed you see I used to have this crème bobbly bed thing that hooked on the back of the radiator, it was very snug and warm but I haven't seen it for a while my younger owner and I will be very cross if I find I don't have it any more! -So just a word of warning.... >:(  So for the moment I am perched on the top of the sofa, my back to the radiator. -Have you got a radiator bed?

Some time.....I will be doing a radiator post/review/fact file/guidance for any amateurs or beginners because obviously I am a pro!

Another time.....It has been requested from a reader.... cat blooper video review and what I think of cat blooper videos that are being posted on YouTube all the time!  

Some other time....I will be telling you about my catvent calendar and that's all I'm saying!

And lastly....A Christmas build-up special! I will be posting some pics of me last Christmas (that featured on the family Christmas card), what I want this Christmas and MORE!!

A bit extra....I have joined Catscouts and I will tell you a bit about it but I need to get my uniform sorted so I'm not sure when that will be!

So there! There's lots to look forward to (I hope) and of course my day to day diary (not that it differs too much) if you have any other suggestions like the Hamster owner has given then please comment.

Opening the back door!

I am getting the hang of opening the back door, if by any chance it is not locked then I will open it. For example today  my owners went to the supermarket only to find when they came back the back door wide open and me very snug indeed on the sofa by the radiator!

I am talking about the animal heroes that fought along side humans in wars and conflicts. Everybody is very busy remembering the humans but as a pet blogger I would like to dedicate this post to remembering animals. Those wretched dogs are a very commonly used animal for wars and (my owner insisted I put this....) have saved a lot of lives....(and are still pests in mine...) Tiny animals like pigeons have participated as messengers and also donkeys and horse especially. If they have done exceptionally well they get a medal. Plus horses and dogs have to go to special training camp! MEOWW!

Donating to Charity

I think you would all agree that I am a very kind cat....hmmm. Well I have donated to Charity! I didn't choose to because it meant giving up my food but as my younger owner said it may gain me popularity if I pretend that it is me who is in fact kind and thoughtful. So anyway I was up in my bedroom having snooze totally unaware that my owner was fetching a white fish whiska's pouch from the larder and donating to the local cat rescue charity that collects in the supermarket. I'm not suppose to notice but nothing escapes me, does it?!

Wednesday...

I broke my food pot, I have been knocking down too much so it has a crack in it which means that when my owners feed me little bits of food fall through it. Apart from that nothing has happened I have just slept....

Monday....

Today was very uneventful I slept....all day...

What I been up to!

Friday: My owners left me as I said before but I didn't have a bad day...the weather wasn't brilliant, wind and rain but I went in and out of the house then as a special treat I got to go in the house next door! I sat on the man's knee for a few hours it was better then my very cold house.

Sunday: Nothing much happened but I had a good cuddle with the very old female.

Thursday: I have been in most of the day and had been fed before my owners returned. When they came back the younger owner was very happy to see me and I was sat on top of the stairs giving them my angry look because they left me but when the younger owner came to me I couldn't stop purring and lying down on the ground in happiness. I got to spend all night in the big bed rather then my basket and we cuddled up together for warmth it was very nice. I went down around my usual time: 3amish to use the little tray  then had a few nips down to the kitchen to have a snack then I went out into the landing and started meowing this woke the younger owner up but she didn't mind she just called me back to the bedroom because I can only spend the whole night with her if I don't disturb anyone which I didn't! 

Friday: Today my younger owner and I came down first she fed me but then I didn't know what to do so I sat on her knee whilst she went on the computer.   

Most Days: I have been round to the neighbour's house where it is nice, comfy and warm. I spent most time there on the rocking chair, on their knees, by the fire and behind the sofa in till they took me back every night for bed.

Postcard from Ibiza!

The younger  owner sent me a postcard (I took a picture of it.) Even though it was very thoughtful of her I didn't like the idea of her spending her holiday with two not-as-cute-as-me tabbies! She went to a place called Ibiza I think...or so it says on the postcard. The postcard said:

 

"Dear Bubba,
I'm having a lovely time in Ibiza with Mum. On one beach the sand was as soft and white as your fur, can you believe it? But I would much rather have you prowling around, loose sand is just annoying! I heard you were having a nice time back home (something to put in your blog) and although you don't like the feel of sand on your paws I'm sure you'd be jealous of the heat!
